At PAN Agency, we strive to provide the best possible services for PAN card applications and recharge services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand how we handle these requests.

1. PAN Card Services

- Cancellation: Once a PAN card application is submitted through our website, it cannot be canceled as the processing begins immediately after submission.
- Refunds: We do not provide refunds for PAN card application fees once the application has been submitted to the government authorities. If an error occurs due to incorrect information provided by the user, we are not responsible for the rejection, and no refunds will be issued.

2. Recharge Services

- Cancellation: Recharges made through PAN Agency for mobile, DTH, or other utility services are processed instantly. Once a recharge request is submitted and processed, it cannot be canceled or reversed.
- Refunds: Refunds for failed recharge transactions will only be provided if the amount has been deducted from your account but the recharge was not processed successfully. In such cases, the refund will be credited back to your wallet or payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Account Balance

- Refund for Wallet Balance: Any funds added to your PAN Agency wallet or account balance cannot be refunded or withdrawn. These funds can only be used for the services provided on our platform.
- Incorrect Transactions: In case of an incorrect transaction where the user mistakenly added an amount to their wallet, no refund will be provided.

4. Exceptions

- Service Downtime: In the event of a technical issue or service downtime on our platform, we will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible. However, refunds will not be issued unless the issue directly impacts your ability to use our services.
  
5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or have a dispute regarding a transaction, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and determine if a refund or compensation is warranted.
